Job Description :

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance leads to define, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for data integration and reporting projects.

Responsibilities :

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to Oracle Fusion and Power BI reporting initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models.
Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.
Maintain business process documentation and change logs.

Primary Qualifications :

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP data / reporting projects.

Strong understanding of data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Power BI platforms.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is an advantage.

Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, use case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and / or data analytics (e.g., Power BI, CIMP) are a plus.
