About the Role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) with exposure to AI-related development. This is a hands-on role covering front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and deployment. You will work directly with leadership to deliver two key projects : a CRM system and AI-driven relationship and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications
Build responsive and high-performance front-end components
Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations
Design and manage databases for scalability and reliability
Contribute to AI-enhanced features and workflows
Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
Manage deployment workflows and handle basic cloud infrastructure

Primary Projects

Project 1 : CRM system development (1–2 months), including database architecture and app components

Project 2 : AI-powered relationship and sales tools

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience

Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills

Experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks

Backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar

Strong understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases

Familiarity with AI development concepts (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, or ML integration)

Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

DevOps or CI / CD pipeline experience

Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

Knowledge of microservices or Docker

Experience with automated testing

Strong communication and problem‑solving mindset
