Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Required Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of pharma roles, regulations, and industry-specific hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
