Role : Looking for a
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to lead and manage cross-functional program delivery for data centre buildouts and upgrades.
The TPM will work across internal teams such as
Design, Projects, Procurement, Operations, and Client Engagement
, ensuring seamless coordination from design finalization to project execution, handover, and client readiness.
This role demands strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with a sharp focus on program governance, stakeholder alignment, and milestone management.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure program / project management, preferably in
data centres, telecom, or mission-critical environments
Familiarity with data centre systems (Network, CSA, MEP, and Controls
) and their integration in delivery lifecycle.
Experience in managing cross-functional programs, coordinating between technical, commercial, and execution teams.Strong skills in project management tools –MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint; Power BI
is a plus.

Lead end-to-end program management for data centre delivery projects, including greenfield builds, expansions, retrofits, and special infrastructure upgrades.Interface and coordinate with internal teams —Design, Projects, Procurement, Operations, and ICCC
— to ensure alignment across scope, timeline, and delivery standards.
Serve as the central point of contact for client coordination, capturing requirements, managing expectations, and facilitating structured updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.Develop and maintain master program schedules, delivery trackers, and risk registers, ensuring visibility across all stakeholders.Monitor and report progress against key milestones, flagging risks and driving corrective actions in coordination with execution and vendor teams.Coordinate pre-execution readiness, including material availability, permit tracking, engineering closure, and site mobilization.Drive structured governance through project dashboards, status meetings, MoMs, and escalation protocols.Ensure program delivery meets CtrlS quality, compliance, and documentation standards in line with internal COE processes.Work closely with senior management to track budgets, resource allocations, and delivery KPIs.Support handover and transition activities to operations and ICCC teams for ongoing management and monitoring.
