About the Role

We are hiring an Associate – Enterprise Technology (Process Excellence) for a leading global consulting organization. This role sits within their Enterprise Technology Center of Excellence, supporting high-impact technology transformation and process optimization projects across industries.

The role involves working closely with global teams to drive tech-enabled transformation through diagnostics, modernization, automation, and AI-led improvements.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Analyze end-to-end business processes to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities

🔹 Lead / assist in designing “future-state” optimized workflows

🔹 Develop SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks for standardization

🔹 Conduct process diagnostics and create opportunity assessment frameworks

🔹 Support technology transformation initiatives and digital modernization efforts

🔹 Set KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement

🔹 Work with modern tools and technologies including AI, automation, autonomous agents, etc.
