Brief Introduction : We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded professional to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of commercial analytics, business problem solving, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong functional alignment, strategic thinking, and a problem-solving approach. This position is not intended for individuals whose experience is predominantly operational. This role is onsite at Pune location.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the commercial analytics account team who develop data-driven strategies, ensure methodological rigor, and provide actionable insights that influence high-level decision-making
- Develop and nurture client relationships and serve as an offshore key point of contact for the project
- Provide thought leadership to the clients and their commercial stakeholders
- Ensure team adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies
- Help implement industry best practices and cross-pollinate ideas between delivery teams
- Champion continuous improvement through delivering special projects and proof of concepts
- Contribute to organizations capability development and bring breakthrough innovative ideas to the table and has ability to “surprise” both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with tech development team in facilitating productization efforts
- Strong solution designing skills especially around HCP and patient analytics

Bachelor’s or Master’s in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of pharma / life science consulting job experienceExperience and Competencies :
Experience establishing and leading teams across borders with onshore and offshore modelAbility to disaggregate complex problems into simpler findings and able to story board the insights togetherPassionate to learn and drive AI / ML and Deep Learning Related InitiativesKnowledge on various commonly used transactional data assets and others including Claims, APLD, Volumes / Value, Rx, Specialty level and HCP level dataOther Competencies :
