Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager – Meta & Marketplace Marketing to lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and online marketplaces.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with hands-on experience managing large budgets, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable business outcomes for e-commerce or D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Meta Ads strategy including conversion, catalog, and app campaigns
Plan, manage, and optimize media budgets across the full funnel (TOFU to BOFU)
Drive performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV, and frequency
Lead creative testing strategy and collaborate with design / creative teams
Manage and scale marketplace advertising across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart
Analyze campaign performance and share insights with senior stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
3–7 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands
Experience handling large monthly ad budgets
Strong understanding of product catalog ads and app campaigns
Exposure to marketplace advertising platforms
Strong analytical and data-driven approach
Good to Have
Exposure to Google Ads or programmatic platforms
Experience with Shopify and mobile attribution tools like Appsflyer
