Concept Designer

About the Role :

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented  Conceptualiser  to join our events team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, strategic ideas to life — translating brand objectives into memorable, on-ground experiences. You’ll work closely with design, production, and client / brand teams to conceptualize event themes, visual identities, audience journeys, and engagement ideas that stand out and deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Concept Development :
• Ideate and develop event concepts aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
• Create detailed concept notes, event narratives, and experience flow documents.
• Creative Strategy :
• Work closely with the creative and design teams to bring concepts to life visually and experientially.
• Collaborate on mood boards, storyboards, and presentation decks for pitches and internal approvals.
• Event Design & Flow :
• Conceptualize audience journeys, engagement touchpoints, stage setups, and interactive zones.
• Ensure consistency in theme, tone, and storytelling across all event elements.
• Research & Trendspotting :
• Stay updated on cultural, design, and experiential trends to inspire innovative event ideas.
• Research global best practices in brand experiences and adapt them to local contexts.
