Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Kebapci Hills, Hyderabad, operated by Kebapci Foodkrafts Private Limited. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, overseeing staff recruitment and training, maintaining food and beverage quality standards, and working to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance the guest experience
• Analyze weekly sales trends and develop effective strategies to meet the assigned sales budget.
• Recommend and take informed business decisions based on data to ensure the bottom line remains stable.
• The candidate should possess the ability to turn around the outlet, elevate it to new standards, and create a memorable experience for both guests and employees.
• Ability to recruit and manage a team effectively with proven Hiring experience
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with teams, vendors, and customers
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards
• Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food establishment
• Experience in inventory and cost control is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
