We are hiring for a longstanding Ferrous Foundry cum Machine Shop with 51 years of legacy, employing around +250 people.
Job Summary :
The HR Head will lead and oversee all human resource functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational culture building in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain skilled talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Partner with senior management for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead initiatives to build and sustain a strong organizational culture reflecting company values.
- Supervise the HR team and provide leadership, coaching, and development.
- Oversee HR systems, databases, and ensure accuracy in HR-related reporting.
- Handle grievance mechanisms and maintain effective communication channels between management and employees.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or foundry environments.In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.. Should read, write & speak Telugu, be comfortable in Hindi & EnglishStrong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.Skills :
