About the role Own day-to-day acquisition across
Meta
and
Google —from campaign builds and creative testing to measurement and optimization. Your north stars : efficient paid signups and scalable learnings.
What you’ll do
Plan, launch, and optimize
Meta (IG / FB)
Google (Search / YouTube / Display)
for conversions.
Build full-funnel structures (prospecting, remarketing, retention) with
audiences / LALs / RLSA .
Run structured
A / B tests
on hooks, formats, offers; iterate fast on winners.
Maintain tracking hygiene :
GA4, GTM, UTMs, Meta CAPI, Google conversions .
Monitor & improve
CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, 7-day activation .
Partner with content / design for ad briefs; with product for LP experiments.
Report weekly with insights and budget reallocation recommendations.
Support allowlisted / Collab Ads with creators when needed.
Must-haves
1+ year
hands-on with Meta & Google Ads (owning budgets).
Strong grasp of
CAC / LTV / ROAS / MER
and funnel thinking.
Practical experience with
GA4, GTM, Pixel / CAPI , conversion tracking.
Sharp short-form ad copy; test planning; Sheets / Excel fluency.
Bengaluru-based; comfortable with rapid launch cycles.
Nice-to-haves
Marketplace / subscription / local services experience.
App campaigns, WhatsApp entry points, CRO.
Basic SQL / Looker Studio; Canva / Figma for quick mocks.
