Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment pipelines, along with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. This role involves significant ownership across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Development (70%) :
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end web applications with focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
- Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development cycles.
Testing & Quality Assurance (10%) :
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.Implement and maintain automated test suites where applicable.Production Support & Deployment (10%) :
Support production migrations, hotfixes, and releases, including off-hours support when required.Manage and optimize automated build pipelines, CI / CD processes, and deployments in development and production environments.Collaboration & Process Adherence :
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders) in Agile sprints.Document design decisions, workflows, and technical specifications.Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Required Skills & Experience :
Overall Experience : 59 years in full stack development.
Frontend / UI :
Proficiency in ReactJS (preferred) or jQuery.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Backend / Services :
Expertise in Java 21 with Spring Boot.Strong experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.Exposure to Python and Apache Spark is a plus.Databases :
Hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).Proficiency in SQL / PL SQL and writing optimized queries.Documentation & Process :
Strong ability to document technical designs, architecture, and workflows.Practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.Additional Technical Skills :
Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting expertise.Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD tools.Soft Skills :
