Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain our critical database infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security of our databases across multiple Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures and schemas.
• Monitor database performance, identify issues, and perform performance tuning and optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support application requirements.
• Implement and manage database automation and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely Skills & Qualifications :
• Strong expertise in SQL and database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle database management systems.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Experience with high availability (HA), replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with database monitoring and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving Skills (Good to Have) :
• Exposure to cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
