Role Overview
The Central Operations Head will lead end to end service delivery across all CentAI centers and partner labs. This role is responsible for ensuring that every customer journey, from booking to scan to report, is smooth, reliable, and clinically precise. You will drive operational excellence, customer experience, process automation, and partner performance while building scalable systems for expansion.
You will also lead the launch and operations of new CentAI centers across cities, setting up teams, processes, and quality standards that define the CentAI experience. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of strategic planning, execution rigor, and a deep obsession with service delivery and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete post booking journey including scheduling, scanning, reporting, and doctor consultations
- Drive operational excellence across centers and partner labs through strong process design and execution
- Build and lead the operations organization, including center managers, partner coordinators, and quality teams
- Design and implement systems for workflow automation, reporting, and SLA tracking
- Own center launch readiness and operational setup including site selection, staffing, and process activation
- Ensure a consistent and high quality consumer experience across all centers and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and technology teams to align operations with clinical accuracy and system efficiency
- Establish and monitor key metrics for performance, turnaround time, satisfaction, and compliance
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across functions
- Manage relationships and performance of external partners, labs, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operational activities
Ideal Background
8 to 12 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or fulfillment in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, or consumer servicesProven track record of managing multi city operations or customer fulfillment networksStrong understanding of process design, workflow automation, and partner managementExperience in scaling new centers, stores, or facilities from ground up preferredAnalytical, structured, and data driven with strong execution orientationExcellent leadership and people management skillsDeep focus on consumer experience, quality, and reliabilityWhy Join CentAI
