Job description

What you ’ll do

  • Manage calendars, expense reporting, arrange complex and detailed travel plans, manage itineraries, create agendas, and compile documents for meetings
  • Maintain effective communications channels across teams and external vendors and collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions such as HR, Technology, Finance and Facilities as required.
  • Draft acknowledgement letters(JD1) , correspondence, and other tasks
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and follow through on projects to completion, often while juggling multiple priorities
  • Assist with office setup, coordinating vendors, and basic facilities management
  • Coordinate and plan events such as leadership / team offsites, workshops, and team office events
  • Work on ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

What’s required

  • 5+ experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with leadership and employees
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in a variety of situations and to demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving
  • The ability to be a resourceful team-player while also working well independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom)
