Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Articled Assistant 5 Post at SPARS & Co., located in Raipur. The selected candidate will assist in a variety of tasks, including accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting compliance checks, assisting in audit processes, maintaining records, and supporting senior team members in project execution. While the role is primarily office-based in Raipur, some work-from-home flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Auditing and Compliance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, and Financial Analysis Tools
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Pursuing or completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) program, or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
