Job Title : Non-IT Recruiter (Contract Role)

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Employment Type : Contract (6 to 12 months, extendable)

Working Hours : Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Required Skills & Competencies

6+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience , specifically in Business Consulting, Finance, and Legal hiring.

Strong understanding of corporate functions and ability to assess domain-specific talent.

Proven experience in handling mid to senior-level roles in shared services, consulting firms, or BFSI domains.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management capability
