System Monitoring Specialist

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our systems, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and escalating them promptly to ensure minimal disruption.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can stay focused during long periods of monitoring. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will also be key to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, as well as experience working in a 24 / 7 environment. Familiarity with tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, Splunk, or similar would be advantageous, as well as exposure to ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
