Job descriptionOwn end-to-end delivery of new clinics and hospital expansionsdesign, procurement, vendor management, execution, and handover. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards. Implement standardized playbooks and processes to ensure repeatable, scalable project execution. Work with architects and designers to create healing, client-centered spaces that balance functionality, compliance, and premium aesthetics. Ensure facilities reflect brand promisesafe, welcoming, and world-class. Build and manage a strong network of contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets cost, quality, and timeline expectations. Liaise with regulators, landlords, and local authorities to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance. Set up robust project tracking, reporting, and governance systems for leadership visibility. Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency, and innovation in project execution. Ensure every completed facility is fully operationally ready at the time of handover. Work closely with city business leads and operations teams to guarantee smooth transitions, with no gaps in compliance, infrastructure, or client experience. Create handover protocols, documentation, and support systems to enable teams to run new facilities seamlessly from day one.
