We are seeking a highly skilled QA Practice Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in test automation, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks. In this role, you will lead our QA automation initiatives, mentor the team, and drive best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Leadership : Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for both web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber . Lead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testing.
Collaboration & Execution : Collaborate with development, product, and other QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze results to ensure quality and functionality.
Optimization & Improvement : Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.

Skills

Expertise in Selenium and Cucumber .

Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.

Strong programming skills in Java , Python , or similar languages.

Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines and the integration of automation tests.

Knowledge of version control tools like Git .

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
