About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join HM Aviation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the organisation's sales growth by increasing student enrolments and strengthening our market presence. You will be responsible for proactively calling and engaging with student leads received by the organisation, clearly explaining HM Aviation's training programs, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and career pathways. Your primary objective will be to convert qualified leads into successful enrolments, directly contributing to the organisation's revenue growth.
This role demands a strong sales mindset, excellent persuasion skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with prospective students. You should be highly confident in handling objections, closing enrolments, and consistently achieving conversion and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate has a proven art of sales, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is passionate about turning opportunities into results.
Experience: 2 Years and above
Location: Rajouri Garden , Delhi | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student enrolments and contribute directly to organisational revenue growth
- Proactively contact and counsel student leads received by the organisation via calls and follow-ups
- Clearly explain training programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career pathways
- Identify qualified prospects and convert eligible leads into confirmed enrolments
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and their parents through effective communication and trust-building
- Handle objections confidently and close enrolments using strong sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
- Consistently achieve assigned enrolment, revenue, and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process
- Provide high-quality counselling aligned with organisational and regulatory standards
Skills Required:
- Excellent sales , negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, sales or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales.
- Prior experience in successfully selling high - value education programs is highly preferred and will be considered as a plus.
- Experience in the Aviation Industry. (Can be a big plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
