Key Responsibilities :

Full lifecycle recruitment for US IT positions including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics, ensuring timely closure of positions.

Engage in proactive talent sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills using various channels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
