Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Developer specializing in NodeJS. The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems using NodeJS. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring high levels of security and scalability for applications. Collaboration with front-end developers and other team members will also be a crucial part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Work with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.
Implement server-side logic, APIs, and integrations.
Manage Docker-based deployments and CI / CD pipelines.
Handle backend servers, ensure performance, scalability, and uptime.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production environments. Requirements

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in backend development.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and core JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

Good understanding of server concepts and Docker deployments.

Ability to handle backend servers independently.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
