We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using the WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, including the creation of custom themes and plugins. They should be adept at translating client requirements into functional, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives.

Position : Full Time - On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Website Development : Develop pixel-perfect Website.
Theme & Plugin Customization : Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Site Architecture : Plan and implement website architecture to ensure high performance and scalability.
Integration : Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.
Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain existing WordPress sites, ensuring security and performance optimization.
Collaboration : Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive web solutions.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve website issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

CMS Expertise : Extensive experience with WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development.

Responsive Design : Ability to create mobile-friendly, responsive designs.

Version Control : Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

SEO Best Practices : Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to website development.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Frameworks : Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.

E-commerce : Knowledge of WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms.

Performance Optimization : Skills in optimizing website speed and performance.

Security : Understanding of website security best practices.
