This 6-month internship opportunity involves supporting internal communications for a global non-profit ecosystem connecting over 75,000 scientists.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and refine communication templates for outreach, reminders, and event milestones.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to every message.
- Maintain a communications calendar aligned with international programs and council activities.
- Write plain-language help articles and one-pagers to reduce repetitive queries.
- Run experiments on subject lines, tone, and calls-to-action, and track engagement metrics.
