JD - HR Admin / Coordinator :
Experience : 0+ years (Fresh graduates can apply; prior HR internship experience is a plus)
Education : Graduate degree (Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field). MBA preferred.
Non-negotiable Skills : Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, Confident and proactive approach, Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities :
HR Administration & Operations :
- Preparation, printing, and distribution of all kinds of employee letters.
- Creating and maintaining employee & manager HR policy manuals / policies.
- Coordinate Day 1 induction and onboarding activities. (joining kits, induction coordination, etc.).
- Ongoing administration, such as invoice, PO processing and maintenance, courier management, stationery order tracking for the HR team.
- Other HR Admin task.
- Submit regular reports & trackers to HR Manager for audit and sign-offs.
- Collating monthly employee payroll recovery tracker.
- Support HR Manager with internal & external audits.

End-to-end management of the Pluxee Meal and Gift coupon program.Manage the Group insurance policies (GHIP, GTLI, GPA) for the company – indicative list of activities : Monthly endorsement data for insurances, Coordinating claims settlements, Employee queries (Insurer, broker, and TPA), Vendor Performance management, Invoice processing, Supporting the annual renewal process, etc.Organize Employee wellness-related activities with the support of company vendors.
