D365 Customer Experience Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, technical leader, and solution architect, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 CE deployments aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs leveraging Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and consultants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and data architecture.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Oversee customization, configuration, plugin development, and integrations with external systems.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solution demos, estimations, and technical proposals.
• Stay current with Microsoft CE product updates, roadmap, and best practices.
