We are looking for a Campaign Manager – Digital Marketing to manage and optimize lead
generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong
experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, creative design (Canva), video
production, and Figma-based landing page design. The role demands both analytical thinking
and creative execution to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Native Campaigns. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube),
and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage daily budgets, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimizationstrategies to achieve lead and conversion goals.
Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.2. Affiliate Management
Manage affiliate partners and monitor lead quality and volume.Analyze affiliate ROI, reduce low-quality sources, and ensure compliance with brandpolicies.
Prepare detailed reports and insights on affiliate contribution and performance.3. Creative Production & Coordination
Conceptualize and design landing pages using Figma to improve campaignconversion rates.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and responsiveness.Continuously test and refine landing page layouts, CTAs, and user flows based onperformance insights.
Design engaging ad creatives, social media graphics, and short-form videos usingCanva and basic editing tools.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and timelycreative delivery.
4. SEO & Organic Growth Support
Assist in implementing SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking.Monitor keyword performance, website traffic, and lead sources.5. Reporting & Analytics
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for all digitalchannels.
Analyze campaign data and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.Ensure proper use of UTMs, tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.Required Skills & Competencies :
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Native campaigns platform, Meta Ads Manager,and Google Ads.
Proven track record in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and campaign optimization.Proficiency in Canva and Figma (Landing Page Design).Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Skills Required
