Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter .
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and capacity constraints .
• Utilize Dynatrace or similar APM tools to monitor application performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to simulate real-world user loads and assess application scalability.
• Prepare performance test plans, scenarios, and test data for various phases (load, stress, spike, endurance).
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to optimize application performance.
• Document test results and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines.
