Job description
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for Technical Recruiting for teams across Europe! Partner with Recruiter and hiring manager to understand agreements regarding overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity and frequency of updates. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e. g., Boolean search, Advanced Internet search, Job posting, Networking, etc. )
Requirements :
- Experience in sourcing / recruiting technical talent in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience of working in the Europe market!
- Experience outbound sourcing for technical talent.
- Experience utilising Boolean search strings across multiple channels and passionate about creative sourcing.
- Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial phone screens to offer negotiations and closing.
- Ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels.
- Function in a fast-paced / agile environment and shift focus quickly while working autonomously.
- Data-driven, results oriented, and self-motivated.
- Intellectually curious and keen on continued learning of the ever-changing sourcing field
