Job Overview :
As a Cloud Storage Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining highly available, scalable storage and container orchestration systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed storage systems using Ceph, ZFS, and NFS.
- Troubleshooting issues related to storage, networking, and container orchestration.
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure using Prometheus.
- Collaborating with development and SRE teams for seamless CI / CD and infrastructure reliability.
- Participating in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Documenting architectural decisions, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you should have :
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.Proficient with Ceph (RADOS, RBD, CephFS) and ZFS administration.Solid experience managing NFS servers and performance tuning.Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking, and cluster lifecycle management.Experience with container runtimes (Docker, containerd), Helm, etc.Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.Desired Qualifications :
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered preferred :
Experience using the Rook-Ceph operator for Kubernetes.Knowledge of CSI storage drivers and volume provisioning in Kubernetes.Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or RHCSA are a plus.Benefits :
