Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of quantitative research projects across Singapore and regional markets. Based in Malaysia or India, this role will support the Singapore team in managing end-to-end project operations - from fieldwork coordination to data processing and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-country research workflows while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with Singapore-based researchers and local vendors to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
- Host regular project meetings and provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, and documentation to monitor milestones and ensure accountability.
- Oversee operational components including survey programming checks, link testing, data cleaning, and reporting coordination.
- Liaise with panel providers, field vendors, and data processing teams to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks at various project stages to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and outputs.
- Identify potential risks early and drive timely corrective action to keep projects on track.
- Prepare administrative documentation including project plans, analysis outlines, and billing updates in coordination with the Singapore team.
- Support in client communications when required, including providing status reports or assisting with deliverable submissions.
- Continuously improve operational workflows and adopt new tools or platforms that enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all project files and documentation are properly archived in shared systems.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of project management experience in a research agency, data collection firm, or insights consultancy.Strong understanding of quantitative research operations (sampling, fieldwork, data processing, reporting).Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with online survey platforms (e.G. Forsta and Qualtrics).Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across markets and time zones.
