Could you be the full-time EHS Head – RSC Industrial Sites in India we're looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety expertise in a cutting-edge, transformative field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll shape the future of EHS excellence in the cluster by ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors, protecting Alstom assets, and reducing risks of business interruptions due to fire or natural catastrophes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Operations, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Finance), guide EHS compliance efforts, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of developing and implementing EHS strategies while monitoring and improving EHS performance, but also standardizing processes and fostering an EHS culture across the cluster.

We'll look to you for :

• Developing, strategizing, and implementing long-term EHS plans in alignment with regional strategies.
• Ensuring accidents / incidents are prevented, reported, investigated, and analyzed effectively.
• Leading the EHS network across the cluster and supporting EHS staffing and development.
• Providing EHS support during tendering and project execution phases.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company EHS standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Building and enhancing EHS competencies and culture through training, communication, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Regularly auditing and assessing EHS risks and performance across industrial sites.
