The Opportunity : We are looking for a Member Technical Staff to join our team within athenaIDX team. The role of QA engineers involves designing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automated tests to identify defects in software applications, ensuring that the end product is both functional and user-friendly. Their primary responsibility is to catch bugs or issues early in the development process, which helps improve the overall user experience and reduce the cost of post-release fixes. Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity and Integration testing.

Position Summary :

IDX business is looking for an experienced QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by identifying defects, conducting tests, and validating that the software functions as expected. Your role will be critical in maintaining high software quality standards and providing reliable solutions that meet user and business requirements. You will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of software testing methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

__% (Primary Function) Technical Execution

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure software quality
• Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity and Integration testing
• Estimate the size of development / testing tasks in story points
• Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices
• Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Resolves technical / production issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Must have working knowledge of commonly used design patterns
