We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking

Business Analyst, Technology and Operational Excellence

to join our Technology and Operational Excellence team. You will act as a product owner for Power BI and Microsoft 365 solutions, and contribute strategically to AI initiatives, helping drive digital transformation across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, process optimisation, and emerging technologies that drive operational excellence.. This position is based in Chennai, India.

Your Role

Power BI – Product Ownership

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of existing and new Power BI solutions, from business analysis and stakeholder engagement to dashboard design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs and operational excellence goals.
  • Lead user enablement and adoption through training, documentation, and proactive support.
  • Manage change effectively by communicating updates, gathering feedback, and iterating based on user experience
  • Work together closely with the Head of Technology and Operational Excellence to ensure all source systems are providing data timely and accurately.

Microsoft 365 & Power Automate – Product Ownership

  • Own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a strong focus on Power Automate to drive workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated processes across departments, ensuring reliability and business impact.
  • Act as the go-to person for Microsoft 365 tools, promoting best practices and driving adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage of new tools and processes.
  • AI Integration – Strategic Contributor

  • Support the Head of Technology and Operational Excellence in identifying and implementing AI-driven opportunities across reporting, automation, and decision-making.
  • Participate in pilots and scaling of AI solutions within the Office 365 eco-system, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to explore emerging AI capabilities and their practical applications.
  • Contribute to change management and communication efforts related to AI initiatives.
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technology, Business Administration or similar areas.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in developing Power BI solutions, from data modelling to dashboard deployment. PowerBI certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and prioritisation skills,
  • Have the ability to understand Business Requirements and translate into actionable Technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership and driving initiatives forward.
  • Prior experience with product owner or project manager roles where you managed requirements, budget, team, planning and risks.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with strong remote collaboration skills.
  • Genuine interest in impact finance and a desire to contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven work.
  • You are intrinsically motivated to learn about technology evolutions.
