Role Summary :

As a Growth Platforms Technology Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the go-to-market (GTM) platforms that complement our core sales and marketing ecosystem. As part of the Experience & Platforms Team, you’ll help optimize third-party tools such as Seismic, Wrike, Bombora, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—platforms that enable our professionals to better engage prospects, collaborate across teams, and deliver compelling client experiences.

This role balances oversight of plug-and-play tools (requiring user administration, usage monitoring, and enablement support) with deeper involvement in configurable platforms (requiring a strong understanding of data relationships, platform design, and integration across the GTM stack).

Job Responsibilities :

  • Developing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced flows in Power Automate for cross-system automation.
  • Designing and building Canvas Apps with intuitive user interfaces to simplify complex processes.
  • Integrating external systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Supporting and enhancing integrations across CRM (Dynamics 365), Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo), and other GTM platforms.
  • Configuring workflows, templates, metadata structures, and governance rules.
  • Conducting testing, QA, and UAT for new features, flows, and applications.
  • Performing audits to maintain data accuracy, process compliance, and platform governance.
  • Documenting processes and providing user training to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align Power Platform solutions with sales and marketing lifecycle needs, such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign workflows.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred).
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering Canvas Apps with user-centric design principles.
  • Strong experience building complex flows in Power Automate , including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of API integration and data connectivity between systems.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) .
  • Familiarity with data governance, interoperability, and compliance standards .
  • Exposure to reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Dynamics dashboards) for insights and adoption tracking.
  • Knowledge of the go-to-market lifecycle including lead management, sales pipeline processes, and marketing operations.
  • Ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset—able to balance technical depth with business impact.
