Job description

We are looking for a skilled Premium Acquisition Manager with 1-6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire premium customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including premium acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions.
