Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven full-time Sales Manager specializing in real estate for our office located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and pursuing potential clients, nurturing fruitful relationships, and closing high-value real estate deals. Key responsibilities include devising sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring market trends, and negotiating contracts with clients and real estate developers. The role requires exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects while ensuring seamless communication and superior customer satisfaction. As this is an on-site position, the candidate will actively engage with clients and stakeholders in person.
Qualifications
Extensive experience and proficiency in sales, lead generation, negotiations, and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially the NCR region and Gurugram, with knowledge of investment analysis and property evaluation.
Skills in market research, trend analysis, and strategy development, with the ability to adapt to dynamic industry changes.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in relationship building and team leadership to maintain coordination, manage teams, and foster strong client relationships.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate growth in a competitive real estate market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in real estate will be an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools is a plus.
Experience in a customer-oriented role with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
