About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Platform Development Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building next-generation AI / ML infrastructure solutions for large-scale performance computing and streaming platforms. The role involves working at the intersection of hardware and software — designing and developing high-performance device drivers, SDKs, and microcode to power innovative products that push the limits of data and compute performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop device drivers for new ASICs and off-the-shelf silicon.
• Perform board bring-up, validation , and hardware-software integration for new products.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Develop diagnostic tools and manufacturing test software for hardware validation.
• Optimize embedded software for performance, reliability, and scalability .
• Debug Linux kernel and hardware-level issues using lab instruments and tools (JTAG, KGDB, etc.).
• Contribute to defining hardware operation and interfacing with product team
