• Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans
• Foster innovation and technical excellence culture
• Recruit and onboard team membersTechnical Strategy & Delivery
• Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end AI application development
• Ensure integration between data science models and production systems
• Guide generative AI implementation and best practicesCollaboration & Project Management
• Partner with Global Data & AI teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to production
• Implement agile methodologies for diverse project typesInnovation & Technology

• 8+ years of progressive experience of full stack software engineering
