Provide shift support in 247 rotational shiftsLinux Server Administration across various stages – Prod / Pre-prod / TestMiddleware Administration - Jboss and TomcatVMware AdministrationHandle Devops tools like Ansible, Docker , kubernetes, Helm and JenkinsManaging pipeline for various application deployment via JenkinsUser Administration on Openshift & Github repositoryMonitoring & Troubleshooting using various monitoring toolsPackage build and deployments on Prod, Pre-prod, Test environmentsApplication deployment and Configuration management using AnsibleSetup and Configure new Business UnitsSupport to Linux OS upgrades and patchingSupport upgrades for core business applications and middleware componentsCertificate renewals – SSL & Self signedReport management as per customer and internal requirementsAlign with interfacing teamsIncident, Change, Problem and Request managementContinuous improvement and quality assurance of provided servicesWork in a multi-national teamPART 4
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
4+ years of experience in Linux AdministrationExperience in Middleware Server Administration – Jboss or TomcatExperience working with Ansible –Application deployment and Configuration managementExperience on Devops tools like Docker , Kubernetes ,Jenkins,Helm, Containers,OpenshiftExperience handling tickets via SNOW and JiraKnowledge on AWS and Azure cloudExperience with Citrix Administration – Added advantageExperience with VMware Administration – Added advantageExperience with Linux XEN virtualization – Added advantageKnowledge of Linux Scripting ,Bash or PythonMust be a good team playerWilling to work in 247 rotational shiftsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to take responsibilityMicrosoft tools : Outlook, Word, Excel (Desirable)Demonstrably high focus on customer serviceEager to learn and update one’s knowledgeGood to have excellent interpersonal / customer liaison skillsPART 5
