- Manage RC transfer processes efficiently.
- Conduct RTO visits and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delayed cases.
- Demonstrate strong skills in system operations to streamline workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge for data management and reporting.
Who are we looking for
1+ years of experience in Customer service / operations preferably from the Automobile SectorBasic understanding of RTO procedures.Comfortable using systems.Good communication skills.Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.Must work from the office.Skills Required
