Essenzaa Pilates is Indore’s first premium Merrithew STOTT PILATES® studio, known for scientific, results driven training for women. Our goal is to blend movement, science, and storytelling into a digital presence that feels world-class, trustworthy, and emotionally inspiring.

Role Objective

We’re looking for a creative, multi-skilled

Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager

who can plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-impact content that builds Essenzaa’s online authority and drives real engagement across Instagram, Google Business, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Essenzaa’s target audience why they buy, what inspires them, and what keeps them from taking action and reflect this psychology in every piece of content.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars using AI-aided research tools (ChatGPT, Glimpse, Notion AI etc.).

Research global Pilates / wellness / luxury-fitness trends and adapt them for Indian audiences.

Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) using iPhone + studio lights.

Design high-quality carousels, graphics, and thumbnails in digtial tools such as

Canva / Adobe tools

Manage Essenzaa’s Instagram + Google My Business daily (posts, stories, insights).

Repurpose top content into YouTube Shorts and manage channel uploads, titles, and analytics.

Coordinate with management for campaign approvals and ad-ready creatives.

Track content performance; prepare weekly analytics updates.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social-media content or digital marketing.

Are fluent with

CapCut / VN / Canva Pro / Premiere Pro

Know how to research trends and audience insights using AI or social-listening tools.

Understand storytelling, hooks, and emotions that drive women’s wellness decisions.

Have basic knowledge of

YouTube channel setup, SEO, and repurposing content.

Are curious, disciplined, and ready to learn the latest Gen AI productivity tools.

Can work full-time, in-studio, and bring fresh ideas every week.
