As a
Thermal Engineer
in our R&D Centre, you will lead the design and development of next-generation refrigeration systems and thermal management solutions. Your expertise will help us create indigenous technologies with unique value propositions for the market.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
heat load calculations
and thermal analysis for refrigeration systems.
Design and optimize
cooling and heating devices
using analytical and simulation methods.
Utilize advanced
design and simulation software
for thermal and fluid flow modeling.
Apply strong knowledge of
Refrigeration Cycle parts and systems
in product development.
Research and integrate
market trends
into innovative designs and technologies.
Contribute to
new technology development
and define unique selling propositions (USPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong subject knowledge in
Refrigeration, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics.
Ability to perform
analytical design
for thermal systems.
Innovative mindset with capability to think beyond conventional solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
Master’s degree
in Refrigeration / Thermal Engineering / Fluids and Thermal Engineering / Energy from a reputed institute.
5–9 years of experience
in refrigerator design and development.
