Job descriptionMaster's in nursing 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM Saturday - 9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM
Positions : Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor.
Qualification : M.Sc. in Nursing (in any specialty)
Experience : Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Location : Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru
Job Type : Full-Time
Reporting To : Principal
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC and university guidelines
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations
- Supervise and guide students during clinical postings
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain academic records
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement
- Mentor students for academic and professional growth
- Engage in research, projects, and publication activities
- Coordinate with HOD and other faculty members for academic planning
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, discipline, and student welfare
