Overview :

We are seeking a Principal Engineer (Technical Lead) for our Platform Engineering Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure and services that empower development teams across the organization.

This position requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of modern DevOps principles.

As a Technical Lead, you will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of a robust, scalable, and secure platform for our SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the Platform Engineering team, defining standards for architecture, design, and implementation.
• Lead the design and implementation of core infrastructure components, including artifact management, source control, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
• Champion best practices for development, deployment, and operations while guiding both the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of platform services.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deliver seamless integration of platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture and components.
