We are a link / text content monetization platform for creators, community owners, and digital marketers. We help Telegram channel admins, Discord server admins, and other high engagement traffic sources turn their traffic into money.

Job Description

As a Community Growth Partner, you will be responsible for onboarding new communities to our platform. You will identify and reach out to potential community admins, describe how our platform operates, and help them get started.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with community admins across various platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Communicate the value proposition of our platform and its competitive advantages
Ensure successful onboarding and active usage of our platform for at least 7 days

Benefits

$500 to $2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)

5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user

Performance bonuses and commission upgrades for top contributors

Requirements

Strong communication and messaging skills

Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused individual
