GrowExx - Oracle Integration Cloud Architect - ERP / HCM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Architect and implement integrations using OIC, including process automation, API management, and connectivity between SaaS and on-premise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Develop reusable integration components, orchestrations, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of integration flows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior OIC specialists and integration teams.
• Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and operational procedures for integrations.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud Integration updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards for and Skills :
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrations across Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and other cloud / on-premise systems.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration protocols and data formats.
• Experience with API Gateway, API management, and security frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex integration solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud certifications related to Integration Cloud are a plus
