Experience Required :  Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector.
- Present, demo, and promote Unifo’s SaaS solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed  monthly and quarterly sales targets  through structured pipeline management.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support in  competitive analysis, pricing intelligence, and product benchmarking  to strengthen the sales pitch.
- Work with Customer Success teams to  enhance new customer onboarding experience  and ensure seamless adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve feature adoption.
Requirements :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of the customs and logistics domain.Proven experience in SaaS product sales or experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage is of advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Educational Qualification -
