Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Zoho CRM software for effective communication and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field (Building Materials, Construction, architecture / interior design, preferably Doors and Windows segment)Excellent communication skills for client coordination and vendor follow-ups.Proficiency in AutoCAD for design documentation preparation.Strong understanding of Zoho Books for invoice processing and PO creation.
